How do I prove e-filing? State claims previous year (2018) tax return was not filed. I show e-filed with TurboTax. Status of return not on TT account.

I can still download the return and review that it was e-filed. However the state says it was never filed. Any information/advice on how to proceed would assist.

If the state says that they do not have the return on file then your only option is to submit a copy of the return by mail to the state. Download and print the missing returns to mail.
