I have always E-filed in past years, but this year when I got to the end the software kept saying my taxable amount on my 1099-R should be less than gross distribution. Well it's not, it exactly the same.  Just print it and send it in.  I did that, so I'm I done?

Not sure why, but verify your F1099-R. Maybe you had basis where some of the distribution might be excluded. Make sure your entries are correct.
