How do I fix the date problem with Form 2555T?

I complete the Foreign Earned Income screens and am told:

"Congratulations! xxxxxx'x foreign earned income exclusion is: $15,810"

But, when I get to the Federal review I'm told:

Form 2555-T: Total Foreign Earned Income has a value for foreign earned income but dates for the foreign earned income exclusion aren't entered. Form 2555 must be completed including dates for bona fide residence or physical presence for the foreign earned income exclusion to calculate.

But, I already filled out the dates for the physical presence test and a date for when the residence began. I've done this a dozen times and can't figure out what dates are acceptable. Any ideas?
