If you have already filed, you cannot change your account information at this point. Per the N-11 instructions, the State of Hawaii is not responsible for missing refunds due to incorrect bank information entered. If the account is closed, however, the bank should reject the deposit. When the bank rejects a deposit, the state will typically issue a paper check to the address they have on file. I highly suggest that you contact the Hawaii Department of Taxation if this is the case.
