How do I add form 8919 to my return?

Go to the search bar on the upper right and type in 'form 8919'. Then click the 'jump to' link that appears and follow the prompts to enter the information for form 8919.

This form is only used to report wages that you received that should have had social security and medicare withheld from them as an employee but were paid to you as a contractor. Learn more about form 8919 here.
