How can I save my joint return and create a filed separately return to file for income earned in another state?

I receive a pension from Georgia and they withheld taxes. I live and work partime in South Carolina.

You would prepare two state returns. Prepare the Georgia non-resident return first and then prepare your resident South Carolina return.
