How can I change my dependents status? I have gone to the amends page but i can't find anything on changing that?

Follow the directions below to return to the personal information section of your return and change your dependency status.

1. Log in and click take me to my return (unless already in).
2. Click the My Info tab on the left side of the screen.
3. On the next screen, you will see your personal information listed. 
4. Click the Edit hyperlink beside your name.
5. On the next screen, scroll down to the third question and change your answer.
