Hi, my college is needing a 1040x form for 2021 for my amended tax return for 2022. I did not have this form and I did not amend my taxes. So I need help figuring it out.

Why does your school think you amended your 2021 tax return? 

Maybe you should ask for your transcript from the IRS.

They said I indicated on my FASFA and I could just change it. But I tried and it doesn’t even say that on my FASFA and I told them that but they said I still need proof.

You should be able to just submit copies of your tax returns from 2021 and 2022 to Financial Aid.

You can't submit a 1040X if you didn't prepare one.   I'm sure others have made a mistake when preparing the FAFSA, but Financial Aid should be able to straighten it out for you.
