Help! I amended my return then cp05, 766, 290

I called the irs and they told me to call the questionable credit department. I called them and they didn’t have any answers for me. I thought the 290 was positive, but now, I’m not so sure. I amended my return before receiving the cp05, it was amended for 3.00.
