@lucy061020 - if you had an amount on Line 28 or Line 30 or were eligible for EITC, it is subject to additional IRS review- be patient! As long as you received that 'accepted' email, the IRS has it; they are just woefully backlogged.

Did you check your transcript on IRS.GOV?  Any chance the refund was direct deposited and you missed it?
