Green Dot keeps asking me for 16 digital number. But I never received the card. This is very wrong. You guys are hurting alot of people.

Who do you go to if you need to correct your address for your turbo tax card?  This automated system keeps asking me for 16 digital number. I never received card.

Green Dot keeps asking me for 16 digital number. But I never received the card. This is very wrong. You guys are hurting alot of people.

When you call the Green Dot number, press 1 then 2 to report a missing card.
