GETTING A REPLACEMENT CARD

ive called the support number the robot says to enter my SSN, my DOB, and my ZIP all i which are correct. everytime i do it, the robot says, sorry the information youve entered is invalid, then it hangs on me. 

Not only is it disrespectful, its the absolute worst customer service experience ive ever had in my 27 year life. Nothing even comes close. Ive been trying for days, hours and weeks. And the only option is to speak to the stupid robot that repeats it self and hangs up on me. WHy the **bleep** cannot talk to a human being. Ive tried 37 times to get a new card on the phone everytime i enter the info it talks me invalid and to try again over and over and over. Finally ive been told i can request a new card while filing for my tax returns by the customer chat who told me everything i already know. Wow id rather join the marines again before going through this again. What a tragedy this has been.
