"Form 3526"

FTB Form 3526 has been completed by TT but is not included in the CA forms list for my return.  It has the same data as IRS Form 4952.  Form 3526 has always been included in previous years.  Why is it missing?  Possibly because there are no CA adjustments to be put on my state return?  Odd.
