For Tax Year 2018, In Oklahoma, can you file for a refund or tax credit for Electronic Wire Fees to Mexico ($5 per transfer plus 1% for amounts in excess of $500)?

I am unsure if it is still tax deductible or refundable, and I do not know where to enter it in Turbotax

The credit is no longer available to earn for the current year - but if you have carryover amounts from a prior year that you were unable to use, then you can still use them.

You can find this screen on the Tax Credits screen in the OK return under Additional Business Tax Credits.  Select Other Business Tax Credits Carryover and then Wire Transfer Fee Credit.  See screenshot sequence.
