Yes, you can edit your State tax withheld amount in TurboTax Online version, please complete these
steps below to do so:·

Sign in to TurboTax (if you're not
already signed in).
- Click on
the Take me to my return button
- Click on
the Federal Taxes tab
- Click on
the Wages and Income tab
- Scroll
down to the Wages and Salaries section
(Show More)
- Click on
the Start/Revisit button
- Click on
the Edit button (next to the W-2)
- Scroll
down to Box 17 and change
the State tax with-held amount
- Click continue and follow the interview prompts. (See images below).
If you're using CD/Download version, follow these instructions instead:
- Open your tax return
- Click on the Federal Taxes tab
- Click on the Wages and Income tab
- Click on I'll Choose what I'll work on
- Scroll down to the Wages and Salaries section, click Start/Update button
- Click on the Edit button, update your Box 17 amount and continue. (See images below).
