Filling out form 8962 as a dependent that filed independently

My parents listed me as a dependent on their return, but I made a mistake and didn't say, "Someone can claim me as a dependent" when I filed my return.

The IRS then asked me for a 1095-A and 8962. My parents submitted an 8962 and received the net premium tax credit (PTC). I contributed 0$ to the health insurance. How should I fill out my 8962 to not claim any PTC and not submit a double claim?

My parents and I have the same 1095-A form.

I assume that your name is included on your parent’s 1095-A. If so, you don’t submit that form. Amend your return to say that you are a dependent and respond to the request for those forms by stating that you are a dependent and have amended your return to reflect that.
