Filed partnership taxes using TT Business desktop in 2023. Used TT to create an amendment. Software says "accepted" How to check? Was I supposed to mail?

Received a refund last week from CA FTB 2023 PTE which suggests amendment was not accepted. Software shows E-file Status "Accepted" and 8453-P form reads "Do not mail this form to FTB" although my CA 565 shows Initial 0, Final 0, Amended 1 which I think means this is the amended return. Does TT file amended? Does TT register a "sending"
