Filed a Federal Tax Return by paper in Feb 14th 2022 and still no refund?

Filed a Federal Tax Return by paper on Feb 14th 2022 and still no refund.  Not showing up in Where's my refund on IRS web site.  Any idea's what to do should I continue to wait?  What happens if nothing before Taxes Return deadline?

Yes, you should continue to wait. Currently, there is a backlog of millions of returns that the IRS is working to process. If you mailed your tax return before the deadline then just continue to wait.
