F1040X-016 Depedents List on 1040X not matching amended 1040

TurboTax keeps listing my "nondependent EIC/dependent care only" child on my 1040X dependents list, but not on the amended 1040 dependents list.

The IRS is rejecting the amendment because for every entry in the 1040X dependent section, there has to be a matching entry in the amended 1040 dependent section.

How do I fix this?
