Efiled Amended Return for 2020 and IRS pulled tax dues again matching the original tax due amount even though no additional tax were due

I recently filed my 2020 amended returns and TurboTax let me efile it as now IRS accepts efiled amended returns. My amended return shows no additional taxes are due but after filing the IRS took the taxes money matching my original amount. My original return tax due was already pulled by IRS. I am not sure if the error is in Turbo Tax system or IRS. Any help would be appreciated.
