efile state return fees

To Whom It Might Concern,

I tried to e-file Fed and State tax return through Turbo Tax software. 

After making a payment, it said could not process since state withholding amount is greater than state wage. However, those payment has been charged in my credit card that I have not use those services.

Can I please get a refund?

Please advise.
