Efile amended MN state tax return

I amended my MN state tax return. When trying to file, I got a statement from TurboTax saying I needed to wait for my original return to be accepted by the state before filing the amended return. TurboTax would let me know when that happens and we could file the amended return then. I have not heard anything form TurboTax. MN has accepted my original return. I cannot find where to proceed with filing the amended return. Will TurboTax eventually catchup with me?

MN is not accepting e-filed amended returns at this time. Continue to mail in all amended returns. They are looking into accepting amended returns electronically in the future.
