E-filed TT Return Received but still processing--should I be worried

It was received on 2/22 and says it is still processing. My return is routine (standard deduction) and TT says very low risk of audit. Usually I get a refund in 1-2 weeks. Concerned that it is taking so long. Is it just delayed due to the other things going on or... what?
