Due to the coronavirus I can’t go outside of my house because I’m in lockdown and I have to amended my taxes is there any way other than mailing it that I can send it ?

Unfortunately, you have to mail an amended return in, that is the only way the IRS will accept it (& States).  You can put it in your home mail box for you mail carrier to pick it up.
