Does TurboTax send out the refund checks If banks rejected direct deposit

No.  If the IRS attempts a direct deposit that is rejected, they will issue a paper check mailed to the address on your tax return.

So what about their fees they take directly out how do I Pay them because How many post  about HAL TurboTax banks send out the checks so I’m just kind of confused

Oh, I see.  You used the "Pay With My Refund" option.  Are you saying that you used that option and the direct deposit sent by Santa Barbara Tax Products Group was rejected by your bank?
