Do I report my daughter's income in my tax return? or she files her own?

If your dependent child has income in 2017, you do not report your child's income on your tax return.

You can still claim her as a dependent if you provided more than half of his/her support for the year and she was under 19 at the end of 2017 (or under 24 and a full time student).

If she is 19 or older (or 24 or older and a full-time student, you cannot claim her as a dependent if she earned more than $4,050 in 2017.

If you file a tax return, you have to indicate in the My Info section of TurboTax that you can be claimed as a dependent by another taxpayer.
