Are you asking about Form NYC-1127? It is not filed electronically by TurboTax. You can prepare it in the TurboTax New York program, but you have to print it, sign it, and file it by mail.

I E-filed my 2023 federal taxes. IRS has NO record of receiving my filing? I received IRS confirmation of acceptance via Turbo Tax. Confirm my federal filing status.
