Do I need to amend my last four years' taxes because I filed as a single instead of a married separated? I was separated before getting permit to work under VAWA law

When I started to file taxes, I was living apart from my husband and under Orden protection. Last year finally we got divorced but I am still under order protection against him.

@Mayr34488 only if it changes the tax return (i.e. you owe or you get a refund after re-doing the tax return).  the tax tables are the same for Single and MFS, so unless you had tax credits for children or received a tax credit for EITC or took a tax credit that you were ineligible for if filing MFS, it shouldn't matter.
