Do I need to add my new husband to my bank account before filing for our refund to be deposited?

We're filing jointly (got married last year). We've kept our bank accounts seperate until now. Do both our names need to be on the account we are getting our refund in?

As long as one of your names on your joint account is in one of your names, the IRS will not have any issue making the deposit into that account.  Make sure that the account and routing numbers are correct for the direct deposit.
