Do I have to pay for an amendment when I just need form 8962?

I received a letter from the IRS stating that I need to send them a copy of form 1095A and form 8962. I follow the Turbotax directions for going into amend/change my return and filling out my health insurance questions and my 1095 but it wont allow me to print out the 8962 without paying for the federal and state amendment. I do not want to actually amend. I just need the form. Is there any way around this? Am I going to have to pay $109 just to print the 8962?

No, you don't need to do an amendment.  Please see this TurboTax FAQ for instructions on entering a Form 1095-A and generating the Form 8962 requested by the IRS:
