my tax refund has been released from the Santa Barbara bank why isn't it on my ADP Aline card yet ?

The IRS issued a huge slew of refunds on Feb 23, and it is likely taking a while to process all of them..

In the future, you can pay your TT fees with a credit or debit card, and not have to use SBTPG.  Or, you can change your witholding so that you do not have to wait for a refund at tax time.
