Did not receive my full refund

I filed back in January and saw after a full month and a half that I received a payment from TPG. The amount was significantly smaller than what I was expecting. After doing some research, I saw that they took about $300 from my refund for “fees”. I called and talked to numerous people about this issue and they kept sending me in circles.
