I am aware of several taxpayers who filed Forms 1310 and have yet to receive refunds ------ from the 2019 tax year. These returns were filed, along with the decedents' final returns, in February-March of 2020. 

There is really not much you can do beyond waiting until they process the return and finish the review (if a review is being conducted).
