Completed taxes and printed it out. Not e-file. Tried to go back in to add education interest. Gave me an option to amend/change. Done. When print, not changed. ? Do?

Many times student loan interest will not change due to the income on the return.

Do I need to do a K-1?  Please post another question with more detail as I am not sure what you are asking about. 

If you did get a K-1 it should be added to your return, if that is the question.

Sorry I was confused about how to ask the question.  I have not efiled or mailed my tax return. I made changes to it, but its not printing the change.  it shows it on the site but when i print it out its the same as it was.  I did click on amend (change).

Delete the Amended return:  

Delete a Form in on-line
A. Go to Tools in left side of screen and click on Tools
B. A box titled: Tool Center will open and below the 3 boxes is: Other helpful Links…
C. Click on the 3rdt one: Delete a Form
D. Go to Form you need to delete and click on it and confirm

Is the income too high to deduct a Student loan?

It did deduct it on the system but doesnt show on printed copy.  I really would like to do it over.  is this possible?
