So I’ve noticed that a lot of people are in the same boat as me. Turbo tells people that they’re pre-approved for a certain amount and for those who have never done it before, they have to create a credit karma account. Once they’ve done that they then have to pay an additional $40 fee to submit over everything, all for the bank to come back and say you’re not approved. So you’re stuck with a fee plus you’re forced to have your money go into their credit Karma account that you never would have created if they would have just said from the beginning that you weren’t approved. An entire gimmick that turbo and credit karma have going on. I finally found the letter that was never in my email but just so happened to receive after I got off the phone with turbo, and that the reasoning for my not being approved was because I owed the federal government, which is a lie because I have never owed the federal government. I’ve paid my taxes every year since I was 18 and have never owed. An entire scam to steal more money from people period!!!!!!
