No, your state return can still be rejected by your state Department of Revenue, even if you federal return was accepted.
You can track your NC state refund status here. If they don't show a refund date for you, sign back in to your TurboTax account and make sure your state return was e-filed and accepted.
You should see Accepted for your federal return. There should be a separate status for your state right next to it. If it's Accepted, you are all done.
If your state says anything other than Accepted, you haven't finished filing it.
