Can someone tell me why when I filed taxes with Turbo Tax nearly 3 days ago and my returns have not been accepted by the IRS yet? They say pending!

We can't tell you when your federal and state returns will be accepted. TurboTax doesn't have any control over when the IRS or your state accepts or rejects your tax return. Pending status means that your returns have been sent but haven't been accepted or rejected yet.
