I contacted credit karma they said they are waiting for the bank to approve the funds

I contacted credit karma and was told it's on turbo tax that they are just the banking that is receiving the money for the filers. I'm not understanding this I keep getting bounced back and forth my taxes has been excepted since the 24th of January.
