If you use your vehicle for business purposes and you file a Schedule C for your business, then any tolls you pay can be entered as part of your vehicle expenses.
If you have a job where you are paid as an employee receiving a W-2, but you use your personal vehicle for work purposes, then you cannot deduct the cost of the tolls as part of your Federal tax return. Expenses for an employee are claimed on Form 2106 and those deductions have been suspended for tax years 2018 through 2025.
