ask their bank or rather have your parents ask the bank. It's unlikely if your name is not on the account unless you want a refund by check. Then you can endorse it over to them and they can deposit it. How you get your money out is something you'll have to discuss with your parents. By the way, I always think using someone else's account is a bad idea. What if they have a lien or offset in effect? Your refund could be taken to satisfy a lien against the other party.
