Yes, if the office accepts returns then you can drop them off there and they will forward it to the correct office. Bring your copy as well and they will stamp it received for your records.
However, unless you want them to look it over or there is a deadline to respond to an IRS notice, it is much faster to mail the return in directly yourself to the correct address for where you live (send it return receipt) .... it has been my experience that things seem to get lost in their forwarding process.
