Below are steps to access a prior year return in TurboTax.

If you end up finding you do not have access to your prior year return, you can request a free online transcript of your 2017 tax return from the IRS. The transcript will include your 2017 AGI amount on it. Use this link: IRS Get Transcript

While filing the tax it is asking me to pay the turbo tax live basic fee of $89 and mass state reutn for $59. my tax return is not even that much and i have to fill this.
