If you have already filed for 2018, you can notify the IRS of the change of address by reading https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc157.

If you have not yet filed your 2018 return, then just change the apartment number to the correct one before you file.

If you have just filed your 2018 return and suddenly realize that you gave the IRS the wrong address, I would quickly go to https://moversguide.usps.com/mgo/disclaimer?referral=UMOVE and ask the Post Office to set up forwarding from your old address to your new address. And then tell the IRS anyway as noted in the first paragraph above.
