Can I amend my 2017 return that the IRS has already amended if I do not agree with their calculations?

Yes you can amend your return, print and mail to the IRS. You will want to include a letter than explains you do not agree with the IRS changing your return and make sure you include all the tax documents that you are using to amend your return.
