Are prior year returns unavailable right now?

I need to print a prior year return, but there is no documents link on the left hand side.  Tried two computers and three browsers on 2 different internet connections, so its not a work firewall or anything.  Any ideas?

You have to get past some preliminary screens and likely choose a 2020 product first as explained in that thread.

FYI, I had to click through and start my taxes for 2020 and then I was able to access my last years return.  But the documents button the helpfile refers to is still not there.

It allowed me to create the images in my other thread by following the steps in my answer there; i.e., going through preliminary screens and choosing a 2020 product.   So I'm now able to use either method--the Documents tab or at the Tax Home using the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents."    I'm glad you were able to get the prior return.
