Apply overpayment in the state taxes, the system had me go back over the question, so I answered yes. now the state refund is at zero. now I cannot change it back

state tax. revisiting the questions. will not allow me to change the answer to no. state is now at zero $

Here is how to revisit the question.

Log in to your account
Click My Info
Then on the left panel will be a drop-down of options
Choose Other Tax Situations
Then additional payments will allow you to go back to address the state refund question, See Exhibit below.
