I E-filed my 2020 taxes and had to amend to at a 1099 form. I have been waiting to complete the amendment process because the message states that the IRS is finishing the amend return area, check back in 24 hours.

I have been rechecking for the past three weeks and still the same message. Meanwhile I have received  my refund for the initial return. Is there a problem in the system, or is this real?

The 1040-X Form to amend 2020 will not be available on TT until late March.

That's crazy because it told me it'd be ready today and I could amend 🙄 but as luck would have it, it most definitely is not. I received my w-2 after I filed and have been waiting to amend since I got my form in the mail. I'm so frustrated.
