Amend return deduction mistake

I accidentally claimed myself but it should have been that my parents claimed me. how do I amend my return. what do I click into. I opened up the amend section but do not know where to go from there.

I made a mistake on my return and my federal withholding should have been 0 but I imputed an amount from fica. I amended return and now they want me to pay the difference
