Amend CA 540NR

I need to amend a 2020 state return. Specifically, I need to change an amount on CA 540 NR under the section 

Special Credits "Other State Credit", Line 58. I am having a difficult time locating where to change this info with Turbo Tax. I know how to get into Amend part and CA part. I looked at Credits and Adjustments and still unable to locate this particular area to change. Please advise. Thanks.
