My mom passed away late in 2019 and received a 1099d and 1099misc for 2020. Can I file that on TurboTax? I had previously filed her returns on TurboTax.

Depending upon the amounts, you would need to file an Estate Income Tax Return (Form 1041) for 2020, as any funds received in 2020 belong to her Estate. This cannot be online, so see:
